Before you begin your smile makeover, you'll have a complimentary virtual consultation with our cosmetic concierge team. During this video call, we'll discuss your smile goals, concerns, and vision for your new smile. You'll learn about all the treatment options available to you and ask any questions you may have. This is your opportunity to get comfortable with our team and understand what your personalized smile makeover journey will look like.
At your first in-office appointment, Dr. Girmscheid will perform a comprehensive smile assessment. We'll take 3D scans or digital impressions of your teeth and create a detailed treatment plan customized just for you. Using advanced smile design technology, we'll show you exactly what your new smile will look like before any treatment begins. We'll work with our master ceramist to design every detail—from tooth shade and shape to overall proportions—ensuring your new smile harmonizes perfectly with your unique facial features. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and make adjustments until you're completely satisfied with the design.

Once your smile design is approved, we begin the treatment process. Depending on your customized plan, this may include teeth whitening, veneer preparation, gum contouring, or other cosmetic procedures. If veneers are part of your plan, we'll prepare your teeth and place beautiful temporary veneers while your permanent porcelain veneers are being created. Throughout this phase, you'll see your smile beginning to transform. We'll schedule follow-up appointments as needed to monitor your progress and make any adjustments to ensure optimal results.
